No cookies, no tracking, no external services

This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and all other content are loaded directly from our web server; no data is transmitted to third parties such as Google when you visit the site.

Server log files

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically stores technically necessary information (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system) in server log files. This data is used exclusively for the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), is not combined with other data sources and is automatically deleted after the hosting provider's usual retention period. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

Contacting us

If you contact us via the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries). The contact form does not transmit any data to our server; it opens your own email program with a prepared message. We do not share this data without your consent.

We store enquiries for as long as necessary to process them. If an order results, we retain the data in accordance with statutory retention obligations (generally 7 years pursuant to §132 Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, BAO).

If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited also applies. A transfer of data to the parent company Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA cannot be ruled out. If you do not want this, please contact us by email or phone.

QHSE Portal

Separate data protection information applies to the use of our QHSE Portal software; it is provided in the portal and in the respective contract.

Your rights

You generally have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with us or with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
